Immediately after payment, you receive a download link via email and through your Avalur Studio order page. All files are digital — nothing is shipped.

Open your order confirmation email and follow the download link. Files can also be accessed at any time from your account's order history. If you encounter any difficulty, contact us at hello@avalur.studio.

Every product includes six print ratios: 2:3, ISO A-Series, 4:5, 3:4, 11×14, and 1:1 Square. Each ratio is delivered as both a JPG and a PDF at 300 DPI — twelve files in total per design.

Yes. The files are delivered at 300 DPI with generous pixel dimensions, supporting high-quality output at common print sizes. For best results, choose the ratio that most closely matches your intended frame.

All purchases are licensed for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or use in commercial print-on-demand products is not permitted. If you have a specific commercial enquiry, reach us at hello@avalur.studio.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If something is wrong with your order — a corrupted file, a missing ratio, or a technical error — we will resolve it without hesitation.

JPG files open in any image viewer, web browser, or photo application. PDF files require a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. Most print shops accept both formats directly.
