Refund Policy

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. Because access to the files is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to process refunds after delivery has occurred.

If your files arrive corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@avalur.studio. We will resolve the issue immediately — either by resending the files or issuing a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or incompatibility with third-party software or print services. Please review the product description and included formats before purchasing.
