From purchase to wall.
Every file is delivered the moment your order is confirmed. No waiting, no account required, no manual sending. This page explains exactly what happens — and what to do with it.
Complete your purchase.
Add the print to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. You don't need to create an account — guest checkout is available.
Once your payment is confirmed, the order is complete. What happens next is immediate.
Check your email.
Within seconds of purchase, you'll receive two emails: an order confirmation and a separate delivery email containing your download link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.
The download link is unique to your order. It is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times. If your link expires, contact us at hello@avalur.studio.
Download your ZIP.
Click the link in your email. Your browser will download a single ZIP file named after your print. Save it somewhere permanent — this is your copy.
To open: on Windows, right-click and select "Extract All". On Mac, double-click. On iOS, use the Files app. On Android, use ZArchiver (free).
Find your ratio and size.
Inside the ZIP you'll find six folders — one per ratio: 2:3, ISO A-Series, 4:5, 3:4, 11×14, and 1:1 Square. Open the folder that matches your frame. Inside: a JPG and a PDF at maximum print size.
Not sure which ratio matches your frame? Open the Size Chart PDF included in the ZIP — it lists every supported size in both centimetres and inches.
Send it to print.
Take the JPG or PDF to a local print shop, upload to an online service, or print at home. The files are 300 DPI and ready — no editing required. For paper and settings recommendations, visit our Print Guide.
